We Advocate for Community Pharmacy
AlignRx’s Government Affairs team actively advocates for community pharmacies and the patients they serve by advancing pro-pharmacy legislation and increasing PBM transparency at both the state and federal levels. We help shape and support pharmacy-focused bills, assist with implementation and enforcement once laws are passed, and file complaints on behalf of our members when needed. We also keep pharmacists informed and empowered to engage with legislators—because every voice plays a role in protecting the future of community pharmacy.
What We Do
Our dedicated Government Affairs team works with state associations across the nation and alongside industry groups, such as the National Community Pharmacists Association (NCPA), to ensure the concerns of community pharmacy are heard.
At every step, we fight for public policy that ensures independent pharmacies remain a vital healthcare resource for their communities—from crafting language for state-specific bills that are ready to introduce, to assisting state insurance departments and attorney generals in developing complaint process, to filing complaints on behalf of our pharmacy members.
