Job Summary

AlignRx is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with multiple internal teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will also be responsible for building brand awareness and helping AlignRx to achieve its business objectives.

Essential Job Functions

  • Develop and create marketing materials, ensuring brand guidelines are met
  • Create and manage email nurture campaigns, including message concepting and writing copy
  • Create and execute social media strategy and calendar in support of strategic objectives
  • Communicate relevant industry news through a variety of channels, including social media
  • Make regular updates and maintain company website
  • Track, analyze, and report on success of marketing campaigns and recommend areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with colleagues to carry out communication plans and promotional materials for marketing and trade events
  • Develop customer testimonials, case studies and other materials for use across a variety of marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure digital assets are uploaded and up to date on shared marketing drive
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications for Consideration

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing, communications, journalism, graphic design, and/or social media

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Demonstrated creativity and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms and channels
  • Excellent information gathering, writing, editing, grammar, and proofreading skills
  • Excellent verbal/nonverbal communication skills
  • Experience editing websites; WordPress experience a plus
  • Experience with content management systems; Constant Contact experience a plus
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Go-getter who is comfortable taking initiative and working independently

Physical requirements/Working Conditions

This work is sedentary and requires the following physical activities:

  • Sitting for extended periods of time; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking, hearing, and visual acuity
  • Frequent lifting (up to 20 pounds of paper supplies or minor office equipment)
