Melanie Maxwell is an industry-leading expert with a passion for community pharmacy. She applies her 30+ years of experience in pharmacy administration by providing best-in-class solutions that help community pharmacies thrive.
In 1990, Melanie launched her career by negotiating third-party contracts for a regional chain pharmacy. She managed and directed pharmacy programs for an HMO, including network contracting, benefit development for commercial and Part D programs, oversight of PBM functions, pharmacy and therapeutics (P&T) committee, and credentialing. In 2010, she joined Pharmacy Providers of Oklahoma’s (PPOk) PSAO division to develop programs designed to solve everyday issues faced by community pharmacy owners. Additionally, she negotiated pharmacy network agreements with various third-party payors, including insurance plans and PBMs. She also handled PSAO operations, including pharmacy network contracting, credentialing, contract analysis and compliance, claims reconciliation, audit services, and clinical pharmacy networks.
Melanie has a master’s degree in public health administration from the University of Oklahoma. She has served on a national PBM P&T Committee and multiple pharmacy advisory boards.

Don Meredith is a technology master with more than 20 years of experience developing best-in-class solutions for customers and users. He has held multiple IT leadership roles in diverse markets, including healthcare. He has achieved success in the healthcare IT sector, most notably driving process improvements, advancing the quality of software delivery, and upgrading IT infrastructure.
Before joining AlignRx, Don served as Vice President of Information Technology at a healthcare information technology company and provider of comprehensive healthcare claims, cost management, and payment solutions. Don also taught computer science at the University of Alabama.
Don has a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Alabama.

Cheryl Hoffer brings a broad knowledge base to AlignRx given her rich background spanning a pharmacy franchise, PSAO, wholesaler, web-based medication therapy management platform, college of pharmacy, and state pharmacy association. She uses her experience gained in marketing and communications, payor contracting, program development and implementation, operations and administration, customer service, and relationship building to develop and implement best-in-class clinical services programs and tools and provide exceptional customer service for community pharmacies.
Cheryl’s early pharmacy career included working for organizations such as Medicine Shoppe International, Inc., Cardinal Health, and Mirixa. She was also Vice President of Pharmacy Program Initiatives for the Missouri Pharmacy Association, which also included CPESN Missouri Lead Network Facilitator, and Director of Pharmacy Program Support at St. Louis College of Pharmacy (now University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy). She then joined Pharmacy Providers of Oklahoma (PPOk) as Director, CPESN Program Management, and transitioned to Senior Director, Clinical Programs and her current role as Vice President of Pharmacy Solutions, overseeing both Clinical Services and Pharmacy Services at AlignRx.

Asher Mannari is a talented legal professional specializing in federal and state healthcare law. He is a licensed attorney in Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Washington, DC, and is authorized pursuant to Rule 38, Rules of the Supreme Court of Arizona, to serve as General Counsel for AlignRx.
Asher began his legal career working in private practice, focusing on business transactions and property law. Prior to joining AlignRx, he served as General Counsel for Arete Pharmacy Network, where he gained extensive knowledge of healthcare law at the federal and state levels.
Asher has a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Furman University and a Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law.

Rita Jones is a skillful and knowledgeable financial leader with a mastery of financial management in healthcare, technical accounting, financial accounting, and revenue cycle. She brings more than 20 years of financial leadership experience to AlignRx with an extensive background in the healthcare industry.
Prior to joining AlignRx, Rita was the Director of Accounting and Controller at Oklahoma Heart Hospital. She advanced to Director of Treasury and Receivable Analytics, where she supported the hospital’s CFO in projects and led its initiative in adopting required accounting standards. Rita then joined INTEGRIS Hospital as the Financial Reporting Manager. She provided operational reporting to its Board of Directors and external operational and financial reporting to its external bondholders and government entities. In addition to her strong financial leadership portfolio, Rita worked for AlignRx President Melanie Maxwell at PPOk as a contract manager, where she retained extensive knowledge of pharmacy services.

Barry Benson is a claims reconciliation expert with more than 25 years of experience in pharmacy operations. He uses his deep understanding of issues pharmacies encounter daily to help community pharmacies receive 100% of their claims payments.
Barry began his pharmacy career as a certified pharmacy technician in 1996. He spent 10 years working for retail pharmacies before joining Pharmacy Providers of Oklahoma (PPOk). There, Barry was in client account management in its MaxCareRx division for 11 years. In 2017, he transitioned to the eRecon claims reconciliation department and now leads its operations.

Mandy Clements, CPhT, is highly knowledgeable in all aspects of PBM pharmacy audits. She brings 29 years of experience working for various pharmacy sectors, from retail to long-term care (LTC) to independent. On the front lines to behind the scenes, Mandy has her pulse on the help pharmacies need to handle PBM audit requests.
In 1994, Mandy started her career as a nationally certified pharmacy technician. She primarily worked in retail pharmacies for 26 years but also spent time serving patients in LTC and community pharmacy settings. In 2015, Mandy joined Pharmacy Providers of Oklahoma (PPOk) to help pharmacies navigate PBM audits and protect their bottom lines.

Lucas Coody, PharmD, is passionate about protecting the interests of community pharmacies and making pharmacists’ days easier. He is a third-generation pharmacist with more than 10 years of experience in the pharmacy industry. He continues practicing pharmacy part-time to better understand the problems pharmacists and patients face every day.
Lucas began his career working at a pharmacy of an AlignRx member while attending pharmacy school. He also shadowed at many pharmacies throughout his education. For over five years, Lucas was in charge of Anderson Pharmacy & Accents in Lawton, OK. In 2021, he joined AlignRx.
Lucas attended the University of Oklahoma for his undergraduate studies and earned a doctorate from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. He has also worked extensively with the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy.

Angie George is a credentialing expert with superior detective skills and a people-centric approach. She has a keen eye for detail and effectively communicates with pharmacies to ensure they are promptly credentialed, enrolled, and affiliated with the appropriate network.
Angie began her pharmacy career at a compounding pharmacy where she compounded creams and capsules. In 2012, she completed a comprehensive sterile compounding course through the American College of Apothecaries Compound Academy. She soon moved into the pharmacy’s sterile lab developing injections for pain patients as well as injectable medications for pets. After three years, Angie transitioned to credentialing, where she credentialed physicians part-time before joining AlignRx.

Michele Lewis is a compassionate human resources leader with more than 23 years in the HR sector. She uses her people-centric approach to create a culture of respect and trust so that employees feel comfortable asking questions, making suggestions, or raising concerns.
Michele has employed her HR skills in a broad range of industries. She served the HR needs of the manufacturing, agricultural, and government contracting sectors before taking on her role at AlignRx.

Joshila Narayanan is a technology leader with more than 15 years of domain experience in the healthcare industry. She brings pharmacy services to the next level by developing best-in-class software using a creative, hands-on, and results-driven approach.
In 2008, Joshila served as a software developer at United Drugs, where she later transitioned into a software development manager role. During her career, she worked extensively with pharmacy data using Microsoft technology tools before joining AlignRx.
Joshila earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Mahatma Gandhi University.

Tim Taylor is a jack of all trades when it comes to technology. With more than 35 years of experience in IT, he grasps new technology quickly and can explain highly technical information to users of any level.
In 1987, Tim began his IT career maintaining the seismic graph system for a geophysical company. During this time, he traveled the world from Italy to West Africa. In 2006, Tim moved to Oklahoma City and worked for Dell, where he transitioned from phone tech to backup tech to team lead to resolution manager. In 2014, he joined Pharmacy Providers of Oklahoma’s (PPOk) IT operations team and later transitioned into his current role at AlignRx.
Tim has an electronics technician certificate from DeVry Institute, a Linux Professional Institute certificate, and several other certifications, including Cisco, VMware, and Microsoft.

Kerry Trueman is a marketing strategist with over 25 years of experience. She is a contributor, creative problem solver, and team leader focused on helping AlignRx to grow and achieve its business objectives through strategic marketing planning and execution.
Kerry began her career as the editor of a boutique marketing firm providing healthcare executives with programs focused on local communities. She was also a senior account supervisor for an advertising agency offering healthcare marketing education services to the pharmaceutical industry. She then became the creative director of a marketing strategy and branding firm serving technology, science, and industrial clients. Prior to joining AlignRx, Kerry founded a marketing company, where she developed and executed business strategy, marketing planning, content strategy, brand strategy, revenue-generating marketing programs, and social/digital media events.
Kerry has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Gettysburg College and a master’s degree in mass communication and marketing from the University of Florida.
