We Advocate for Community Pharmacy

At AlignRx, our dedicated Government Affairs team is passionate about advocating on issues that impact your pharmacy and your patients. We take an active role in state and federal legislative affairs and aim our efforts at enacting pro-pharmacy laws and increasing PBM transparency.

We work with state associations across the nation and alongside associations, such as the National Community Pharmacists Association (NCPA), to ensure the concerns of community pharmacy heard. Our team helps to craft language for state-specific bills that are ready to introduce to legislators.

Once a bill becomes a law, we assist state insurance departments and attorney generals in developing a complaint process and file complaints on behalf of our pharmacy members. Additionally, our team supports state associations in their efforts to provide their legislators and governing entities with targeted information to validate issues at hand.

Among community pharmacists, we raise awareness on bills that may affect your business and inform on how you can contact your legislators to voice your concerns. We truly believe that every voice matters when it comes to safeguarding the future of community pharmacy.
